Unless you work in the food business, you probably haven’t heard of us before. In fact, we’re a little bit of an industry secret. As the premier specialty food distributor on the East Coast, we probably stock your favorite restaurant’s walk-in refrigerator with everything from New Jersey tomatoes to fresh white truffles (depending on how fancy your favorite restaurant is). Our company’s mission is to deliver the best ingredients on the planet at the most reasonable prices possible. But, because Baldor isn’t open to the general public, we rarely get to hang out with our fellow New Yorkers outside the kitchen.
Big Apple Barbeque is the perfect, pig-filled opportunity for us to change that! Our stand will be open all weekend with the ripest peaches and juiciest watermelon, to give you a rare taste of the ingredients that we sell to New York’s favorite chefs. For more information on what we do and who we sell to, follow this link to our brand new website!
The Bud Light Beer Garden Experience is the perfect gathering place for consumers to have a unique and entertaining experience. Consumers can sit and enjoy an ice cold beverage at the mobile bar that comes equipped with televisions, an interactive digital kiosk, and a phone charging station.
